Roberts Metal Packaging celebrates long-term partnerships at Packaging Innovations 2024 Stand N110, Packaging Innovations, NEC – Birmingham
Roberts Metal Packaging, one of Europe’s leading providers of aluminium and tinplate pre-threaded screwcaps and godets and aluminium containers, is returning to Packaging Innovations 2024 to showcase its award-winning packaging designs and celebrate long-term partnerships with industry collaborators.
Packaging Innovations 2024, held at the NEC in Birmingham, is the UK’s leading packaging exhibition driving innovation in primary and secondary packaging by bringing together packaging developers, designers, and suppliers from across the UK.
Chris Saunders, Roberts Metal Packaging Managing Director, comments:
“Packaging Innovations is an important event in our calendar as it brings the whole industry together. For Roberts, it’s also an opportunity for us to celebrate our established packaging partnerships with Ashfield Extrusion, the extruded jar specialists and Bluemay Weston, a leading liner supplier, which are both exhibiting at the show.
“We’ve worked with both companies for over a decade and their input is crucial in delivering eye-catching packaging that leaps off the shelf for our customers,” concluded Chris.
Ashfield Extrusion is a UK-based manufacturer that specialises in producing aluminium impact extrusions. On stand S64, they will display their range of extruded aluminium slip lid and screw cap containers and expertise in decorative techniques.
Bluemay Weston, a specialist manufacturer of non-metallic punched, pressed, and water jet cutting parts, will be exhibiting its packaging products on stand B84. They have been working closely with Roberts Metal Packaging for several years, providing airtight liners for its aluminium containers, and most recently induction heat seal liners for tinplate screw caps.
During the event, Roberts will also be showcasing its Softline Extreme container range which features a threaded lid and flat, angular bottom. This range is available in both deep and shallow options. Softline Extreme Deep is ideal for packaging beauty products such as hair care and body butter. On the other hand, Softline Extreme Shallow is perfect for hand, and face creams and natural furniture polish.
On stand, Roberts Metal Packaging will also be presenting its Benefit Cosmetics’ aluminium jar, which received the judges’ ‘highly commended’ award at the UK Packaging Awards last year.
